Desiccant Masterbatch
A new functional masterbatch, designed for solving moisture problem during the plastic processing of the PE, PP recycled materials. Before plastic molding, add a small quantity of desiccant and simply mix, instead of the dying process. It makes the process more convenient, improves product efficiency, and reduces energy consumption.

Film, bag projducts, sheet and plastic injection products, etc
Usage & Dosage
The mixing percentage is 2% – 4% for blow film and blow molding products and a 3% – 5% for sheet and injection molding. It also can be mixed as appropriate according to the specific circumstances.
Notes
- The product should keep dry before using
- The mixed material should be used up within 10 hours, otherwise the desiccant masterbatch may lose efficiency because of absorbing the moisture in the air, and may plug the filter.
- Before using, to make sure the package is intact, unused plastic desiccant masterbatch shoul be heat sealed as soon as possible
