Our Optical Brighteners mask the inherent yellowness of polymers are also called Fluorescent Whitening agents. These Masterbatches work via a fluorescent mechanism which absorbs light in the UV spectrum and emits light in the blue region of visible spectrum to yield a brighter and fresher appearance.

Anti block Masterbatch

Our Antiblock Masterbatch contain synthetic silica in a PE base resin. It is used to allow ease of opening PE bag. In PE film it help prevents blocking during wind–up, facilitates the unwinding and slitting of film roll and regulates the slip and antistatic properties.

UV Masterbatch

The anti-aging masterbatch can absorb wavelength from 270-380 nm ultraviolet (UV) light effectively. It is mainly used in unsaturated resins and containing unsaturated resins in the products. It has strong absorption force , it is a high performance ultra violet ray absorber.

  • Usage & Dosage :- According to the specific requirements of the outdoor condition and the final products detailed formula, the loading ratio is 1% - 3%
  • Application :- Mulch film, Drip Irrigation Belt, Vegetable Greenhouse film, Outdoor used plastic products.
  • Package :- Each bag weighs 25kg ans is stored in seal.
  • Storage :- The products should be stored in clean, ventilated, dry, shady and cool place. Avoid sunlight and rain
