Black Masterbatch
As for difficulty dispersing of carbon black, we use the organic toughnening dispersant to make a special process and modification. It reduces the surface energy of the oleophilic carbon particles and weakens the force between the carbon black particles, which can fully open the aggregates of carbon black. And also the optimized dispersants can help the dispersion of carbon black, which can make the fines particles of carbon black uniformly distributed, thereby solve the difficulty of dispersal and ensure the quality of our products.

Application
- Garbage bags, packaging film, agricultural film, geomembrane, milk film, ,cast film, composite film, construction film, plastic film products, trash cans, bottles and other plastic products, injection molding grade, drainage pipe, PE pipe and other pipe grade plastic products
Usage & Dosage
- Mix with the raw material, the dosage depends on the requirement of the final product.
Package
- The outer packaging is paper-plastic compound bag, while the inner packaging is plastic bag. Each bag weighs 25kg and is stored in seal.
